The FFA Chapter has decided to put their final half of pork to work for a great friend of the FFA and Holton USD 336! If you are interested in purchasing a chance on the side of pork contact an FFA member, or visit with Mr. Larison or Mr. Bartel. Money can be dropped by the Ag Room as well. For anyone wanting to pay via Venmo, Alexandra Clark (FFA Alum, FFA CDE Teammate with Mike’s daughter Alex, and Myers family friend) is coordinating ticket purchases through Venmo. Please include the name and number of the drawing on the venmo memo if you go that route.
The pork will be given away on Thursday of State FFA Convention and can be delivered locally the first week of June. The hog was raised by our plant and animal science class and processed at Holton Meat Processing. It will include common half hog cuts including some sausage, bacon, and cured hams too. Pork chops and pork steaks are packaged 2 per pack. Processing has been paid by the Holton FFA Chapter.
Please direct questions to Mr. Larison, Addison Bontrager, Tinsley Bradley, or Alexandra Clark (785.364.7553). Thank you in advance for supporting this family and cause.
