We are preparing to distribute your child’s things and tech devices to you at the elementary school. Please use the attached link to sign up for a time to pick up your family's items. It is very important that you list all the names and grade levels of students that you are picking for in the comments so that we can have items ready to go for you. You will be signing up for a 15 minute time slot between 2:30 and 7:30 PM on Thursday or Friday.
If you have library books or other items that you need to return to the school, please put them in a bag and drop them off when you pick up your things.
We ask that all families 2nd-5th bring a pen with you to sign a technology agreement. We cannot release the technology to you without a signed form and we will not be sharing pens. We are able to provide devices to first graders who do not have an older sibling receiving a device, if this includes you please bring a pen as well. We ask that first graders with an older sibling share devices.
At this time, Preschool and Kindergarten will not be receiving devices. We anticipate teachers using technology as a delivery method and a communication tool with parents. While there may be some interactive technology elements of our primary students’ instruction, most of it will be parent supported. We hope that parents can use personal devices to stay in communication with teachers during this time. Pre-K and kindergarten students may also share devices with an older sibling when applicable. If you do not have a personal device or an older student, please contact us and we will try to support you.
