Children and families admitted to the preschool program must meet the following qualifications:

*Must be 3 years of age by August 1 and not over 6

*Complete required paperwork for the state of Kansas

*Complete and return health assessment and provide copies of up-to-date vaccinations
* Must be toilet trained at the time the application is submitted

*Must be willing to sign the FALC contract recognizing presence of faith based teachings and FALC policies and procedures.

*Cannot be currently enrolled in a kindergarten program

*$15 non-refundable family fee is due at time of enrollment as well as first month’s tuition
