Real Estate - Our 2 properties will be sold at auction if they do not
have a contract on them prior to October 22nd. Properties to be sold at
1:00 p.m. Buyers are to have all inspections completed 10 days prior to
auction. Buyer and seller to split cost of title insurance. Being sold
"as is" "where is" with no warranties or inspections provided by seller
