White Law Office, L.L.P, located on the north side of the Holton Town Square in the Park Place Office Complex, deals primarily with Wills and Probate, Estate Planning and Trusts, Real Estate and General Civil Litigation. The office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, or by appointment.

Marlin A. White opened the office upon graduation from Washburn Law School in 1963. Dennis A. White, Marlin's son , joined the office as a partner in 1984 upon graduating from Washburn Law School.

The office serves as city attorney for nine area municipalities. Marlin has served as attorney for the Kansas Employment Security Board of Review for 32 years. Both Marlin and Dennis have been involved in numerous governmental, civic, and community boards and both are interested in local history.

From 1963 to 1993, White Law Office was located above Denison State Bank on the west side of the Holton Square. In September, 1993, a grand opening for the Park Place office complex was held on the north side. At that time, the White Law Offfice and Title Abstract Co., Inc. business became centrally located. The building next door to Title Abstract Co. was purchased and the Whites remodeled and combined the two businesses into Park Place on the square's north side.
