Summer Reading is an incentive program for anyone - infants to adults. The
program is held during June and July.
Prizes are offered to those who read or listen to a required number of books or
pages.
Summer Presentations, geared for students who have completed 1st through
5th grade, take place during June and July on Tuesday afternoons. Musicians,
storytellers, mimes, animal presenters and many more come to the library to
entertain and teach us about the world around us.
The Summer Story Hour is offered on Thursdays
10:30 a.m.
or
1:30 p.m., where volunteers read stories to the children and
guide them in songs, finger-plays & crafts.
Story Time, geared for children who are ages 3-6, provides 45 minutes of
fun and learning.
An adult must accompany children who attend the program. |
