• Pre-conference (Friday 10-3:30)
• Main event (Friday night   7:00 - 9:30 and Saturday 9:00 - 5:00)

Package B = $122

• Main event (Friday night 7:00 - 9:30   and Saturday 9:00 - 5:00)
• Portion of coach expense
• Portion of hotel room

Available options to add to your package deal

• T-shirt - We are designing a shirt.   Cost should be between $8-12.
• Box lunch - $8 - includes sandwich, chips, fruit, cookie, bottle of water

Important Deadlines

• April 27 - Signed up & $50 deposit due (if writing a check, please make it out to Jennifer Berges)
• May 18 - Final Payment Due

A majority of us will be leaving Friday afternoon by coach and attending the main event only.   For those of us going to the pre-conference, we will take the First Baptist Church van or individual cars.

For those of us riding on the coach, please bring your supper with you Friday night and we will eat on the bus.

The hotel we are staying at (Kansas City Marriott) does not provide breakfast.   Please bring something for breakfast or money to get something.  

As the event gets closer, you will be contacted with more details about the departure time and anything else you may need to know.   We do know the coach will be loaded at 3 and ready to pull out at 3:30.
